Established in 1984, LT Equipments India is one of India's most experienced caster wheel manufacturers — built on four decades of precision engineering.
From 40 mm light-duty PP wheels to 300 mm UHMW heavy-duty castors — every size, material and mounting type is available from stock or made-to-order within days.
All products meet ANSI, BIFMA, DIN, EN and CMA/FIRA standards. Manufactured in ISO-compliant production centres across four facilities in India.
We handle design, tooling, production and quality control in-house for OEM and ODM clients. Custom diameters, materials and plate configurations available.

Buyer’s Guide
Use this guide to specify the exact caster before you order — or call us and we’ll help you through it.
Divide total weight (equipment + load) by number of casters. Multiply by 1.3 for safety factor. Example: 400 Kg trolley on 4 casters = min 130 Kg rating per caster.
Smooth concrete/tiles → PP or PU. Epoxy or polished floor → PU (non-marking). High temperature → Phenolic or CI. Outdoor rough ground → Pneumatic.
Larger diameter = easier rolling over floor cracks and debris. Heavy industrial loads on flat floors: 100–200 mm. Tight-space or light-duty: 40–75 mm. Wider tread = better stability.
Plate mount for bolted medium/heavy-duty. Thread stem for furniture and shelving. Mix 2 swivel + 2 fixed on a trolley for steering + stability. Add brake wherever parking safety matters.
Wet or chemical exposure → PU or UHMW. High heat up to 250°C → Phenolic or CI. Cleanroom or pharma → UHMW. Cold storage → UHMW. Outdoor use → Pneumatic.
